Shaw's "discussion" in three acts, in which a powerful munitions maker, Andrew Undershaft, and his proselytising daughter, Barbara, exhibit their respective methods of aiding the poor. Undershaft triumphs by showing that dividing wealth among workers, rather than bribing starving converts with bread, is the true road to human salvation.
Performers Starring Maggie Smith, Robert Morley, Celia Johnson, Alec McCowen, and Warren Mitchell. Directed by Howard Sackler.
